How Deposit / Payment Protection works

kbbProtect offers deposit protection to retailers, retailers or members of kbbProtect take out a policy on your behalf to protect any monnies taken are safe and secure. Should a retailer cease trading your money is safe through an insurance backed guarantee.

You can also take out your own policy to protect your money spent with a retailer.

What do I need to protect my payments

In order to protect your deposit or payments you must have a written contract from the retailer showing proof of purchase along with their agreed works or intent to supply, ie what you have purchased.

You must also register your deposit or payment.
