When will my cover start?

Your cover starts as soon as you take delivery of your goods and the goods are in your home. You can read more about our plans here.

 

 

Will I pay excess if I make a claim?

Our plans are excess free, you won’t have to pay anything when you make a claim.

Are your plans worth the money?

We think so!  Imagine you have just spent £25,000 on a new kitchen, 1 year or two years down the line water has penetrated your kitchen doors and caused them to expand.

 

This isn’t somthing covered by the retailer or manufacturer nor will home insurance  cover it as theres been a source to the damage. With our kbbProtect plans your prodcut would be covered and you can have your damaged doors replaced.
